Meet Theodoros – A Culinary Ambassador of Authentic Greek Flavors
Born and raised in Greece, my journey into the culinary world was fueled purely by passion. From an early age, the kitchen became my playground, and that love for cooking led me to the National Culinary School of Athens in 1997. My career has since taken me from Greece’s finest restaurants to the Greek Navy’s Special Forces kitchens, all the way to Stockholm and now Malmö, where I continue to share my expertise as a freelance chef.
With over two decades of experience, I deeply respect authentic Greek cuisine, inspired by the flavors of my grandmother’s cooking. My mission? To introduce diners to real Greek food—the rich, flavorful dishes often overlooked in mainstream Greek restaurants across Europe.
I'm outgoing and quite social, and thrive on creating memorable culinary experiences that bring people together. Whether it’s a private dinner, an exclusive tasting event, or a deep dive into Greece’s hidden culinary gems, every dish I serve tells a story of tradition, heritage, and passion.
